Who can place a wholesale order for PhenCapz Plus™?
PhenCapz Plus™ is specifically formulated for and sold to doctors. Proof of an a National Provider Identifier (NPI) will be required prior to purchase.
Do I need to charge sales tax?
No. PhenCapz Plus™ is a dietary supplement, and classified as a non-taxable food item by the FDA.
Do you provide certificates?
We can supply Certificates of Analysis (COA) upon request.
Do you provide insurance?
We are required to add your company’s name to our insurance as an additional insured. Your insurance will probably require the same.
Are PhenCapz Plus™ FDA approved?
No. PhenCapz Plus™ are a dietary supplement and do not have to go through the rigorous testing the FDA applies to new drugs. We do manufacture at a FDA approved cGMP facility with many quality certifications. All ingredients are tested for quality prior to production.
How long does it take to process a wholesale order?
Processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Shipping with USPS Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for wholesale orders is six bottles.
How large are the discounts?
Discounts can be as high as 50% off regular prices. Orders of 24 bottles or more also qualify for FREE shipping.
Can I order products with personalized labels?
All wholesale orders include standard product labels. If you need private labeling, we require a minimum order of 2,500 bottles.
